Both flagships run the full operation (Infra → Intelligence → Strategy → Ad Engineering → Optimization → Analytics). The six standalone solutions are the same disciplines packaged as wedges. If you later add a flagship, every artifact from your standalone engagements carries forward.
Can I run more than one solution at the same time?
Yes. Many engagements naturally combine. Infra + Optimization is common (clean signal first, then continuous reallocation on top). Intelligence + Strategy is a paired engagement most clients buy together. We scope the combination on the discovery call.
What is the minimum engagement to start?
Depends on the solution. Infra audits and Intelligence briefs are quick-turn (5–15 business days). Strategy engagements run 4 weeks. Optimization and Analytics retainers run on a monthly cadence. We scope on the call before either side commits.
